2 weeks since my last update

It has been 2 weeks since I've updated. I didn't Log in to account for my last 2 weigh ins but I do have record of them and Honestly They are not Good! For the first time since I started my Diet on 1.1.11 Have I gained weight. Sadly I know why and I knew that not keeping up would result in gaining over 3 lbs the 1st week and over 2lbs the 2nd. until Yesterday it had been 2 weeks since I went to the gym, and eating was not as smart as they could have been.

I have been in the process of moving packing unpacking and working and I have not made time and Knew it would hurt me in the end. I have been eating things I normally eat but without my crazy workouts I can't get away with it. Well I'm back to the gym as of yesterday today would have been 2 weeks. Sorry It took me so Long to Post, and update but my weekly weigh ins has been updated and I went from 256 to 262.2, sadly I had to say HELLO to the 260's after I just recently said goodbye! Im determined to say goodbye 1 more time and this time for good!

Keep your head up, we all go thru the gain phase, your holding yourself accountable for your actions and going right back into it to fix it so be proud of that!

Relocating from Seattle to Houston one month ago has really thrown a curve ball to my program. I've only worked out 2 times since I've been here! My eating has been all over the place. Luckily I've only gained 3-5 pounds, depending on the day. But I'm not letting this get me down and you shouldn't either! Bury your head and keep on trucking!
